Launching a Rebrand
After the college received university status, a web committee formed to update the old dixie.edu design and content management system. Photoshop concepts were iterated with feedback from stakeholders and departments before IT approved a custom WordPress theme.
The transition covered more than 9,000 pages. A dedicated team of web interns helped with the move and received training in web development, with ongoing support throughout the work.
Formidable feedback forms helped the team learn about user problems. Each request received a direct response so visitors knew their feedback had been heard.
